The Hellenic Association of Rimini – Ieros Lochos Fighters, headed by Lt. Gen. Thrasyvoulos Tsakalotos, former Commander of the 3rd Mountain Brigade that fought at Rimini during World War II, visits the Greek cemetery at Riccione Hill. A memorial service is held, speeches are delivered and wreaths are laid.
