Woodstock 1994: The Nostalgia Party

Spanish

Video preview

Woodstock '94, a festival commemorating Woodstock '69, which brought together half a million people under the ideals of peace and love in a big three-day rock concert, has little in common with the original. Rock is now a large business for the masses and attendees have fewer ideals and more nostalgia for a bygone era. Summary of the '69 festival, with great attendance and appearances by Joe Cocker, Janis Joplin and Jimmy Hendrix. Publicity for the commemorative festival, arrival of the public, statements by the prevailing camaraderie, groups dancing in the mud and nudists among the tents. Performances by Bob Dylan, Santana, Crosby, Still and Nash and Joe Cocker, as well as rubbish left after the festival and leaving of the public.
