The Dutch Public Health Service provides medical care for the native people of the Dutch East Indies. SHOTS: - a long line of people walks towards a hospital(?) "somewhere in the inland"; a nurse gives them a number(?); - medical staff from the Netherlands and the Dutch East Indies do several polyclinic tasks: children are examined; injections are given; etc.; - some patients light a sigaret; a large group of people wait for their turn; nuns help and assist the doctors and tuck in the bedridden patients.
